When does my rental period officially start and finish?

Your rental period is inclusive. For example, for a 4-day rental period, if you receive the item on Friday, you must return the item by 4pm on the following Monday.

What if my rental period ends on a Sunday or public holiday? 

That’s totally fine. Just drop the box with the return label into the nearest Yellow Express Post Box by Australia Post. Your package will be sent back to us the following business day. If you can't get to a Yellow Express Post Box feel free to drop your parcel over the counter at your local post office before midday the following business day. 

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver Australia-wide.

I live in Sydney and need an outfit ASAP. How quickly can I receive an order?

If you live in the Sydney metro area, we offer same-day delivery. Simply place a special order via email to info@vujadevintage.com.au  before 10am and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 

In the email, please include your full name, the item name, delivery address, delivery date and preferred time, rental period (4-days or 8-days), and contact details. 

Where do you source your items from? 

We carefully handpick our items from trusted vintage fashion suppliers and other collectors from around the globe. 

How can I trust that my garment is authentic?

We pride ourselves on finding unique and authentic archival fashion - it’s what we do! All of our items have been extensively researched, internally reviewed and then authenticated by our third-party authentication partners to ensure it's all real. 

What is the Market Value cost?

The Market Value is the estimated monetary worth of the item if it were to be sold on the open market. This considers the item's condition, demand, unique qualities and rareity.

Do I have to wash the item/s?

Nope! Simply return the item/s and we’ll take care of the dry cleaning.

How do I know if my item/s will fit?

Vintage sizing can be a little different to modern-day sizing, therefore we have supplied detailed measurements of each item, measurements of the featured model and a ‘best fit’ sizing guide. If you ever need more information regarding a fit, feel free to contact us. 

What happens if I damage the item/s?

We trust that you will love and care for our item/s as much as we do, however, accidents do happen. So, to give you peace of mind, Vuja De Vintage will cover up to $100 in accidental damages which will cover most minor stains and damages. See our Terms of Service for further info. 

What happens if I return the item/s late?

As a rental service, we do ask that you return your item/s promptly on the return date so it can be ready in time for the next order. If you do miss the return date, there is a late fee that will be charged. This fee will be the daily rental rate plus an additional 20% (late fee) per day. We would appreciate a heads up via email for any late returns. Please see our Terms of Service for further info. 

I want my item for a particular day/event, how can I ensure it will arrive in time?

As we cannot guarantee the delivery time, we recommend selecting the delivery date as one day or two days before your event date.

How can I track my order?

Once we send your item/s off to you, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order. 

What are your cancellation and refund policies?

If you cancel your order at least 14 days prior to your start date, you are able to receive a full refund and will not be charged a cancellation fee. 

If you need to cancel your order within 14 days, you are entitled to a refund (or credit) but a cancellation fee will be charged. Check out our Terms of Service for more information. 

What if I receive the item/s and my item/s doesn’t fit properly or I change my mind?

If you have received an item and change your mind, you can return it by 4pm the next day. You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee and the remaining value will be held in credit which you can use in the next two years.

I can’t find anything in my size, what can I do?

The beauty of iconic vintage clothing is that they are often one-of-a-kind and unique, so it is difficult to find multiple sizes of the same item. We are doing our best to increase our size range across our collection, however, if you love what we have but continually cannot find your size, send us an email (info@vujadevintage.com.au) and we will do our best to accommodate in our future collections.
